Bacon Wrapped Duck
Take the breast meat from your ducks and slice into thirds. Cut bacon in half and wrap a piece around the duck breast piece. Insert a toothpick to hold it together. Soak in italian dressing all day or over night. Cook on grill, low to medium heat, not letting the bacon burn. Serve as appetizers or as dinner.
